A haven of greenery just a stone’s throw from the city, where you can bask under the foliage. A relaxing place where everything is done to bring our guests well-being. Imagined as a village, the estate has several areas with lodges, a wellness area, a boutique, a cinema, restaurants and our famous cocktail bar. Our cocktail bar opens its doors to the curious and the gourmet in this estate steeped in history, which has held the title of historic monument since 2007. It’s the ideal place to savour the menu of our contre-jour bar in all its splendour.

An English bar atmosphere on a French estate
To highlight spices, we decided to honour the style of a country that played a major role in the spice trade: England.
Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of an English bar and take a gentle step back in time. We’ve worked on every detail of this bar to give it the air of an elegant English cabinet. The warm colours that make up the space are a reference to the colours of spices, and to reinforce the warm spirit, a fireplace completes the decoration of the room. You can also admire our library, photo exhibition, spirit flasks and antique cases that plunge you into the atmosphere of 19ᵉ century England.
It is in this very special universe that you will be able to guess what spices your cocktail.
Opening times and address
Our cocktail bar opens its doors to you from Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to midnight at 35 Rue Rémi Belleau in Talence, to enjoy our delicious cocktails.
